Shipping Policy



FREE SHIPPING

CURRENT PROMOTION: We'll gladly pay for your ground shipping charges in the contiguous 48 states when your order exceeds $150.00. Please enter ELSHIPFREE in the coupon section at checkout. This offer is valid only at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after the order is placed. Offer is valid for a limited time only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Our shipping rates are the most competitive in our industry. If you do not qualify for free shipping, you may be assured that the shipping costs are nominal. If you order multiple items, they may ship from our various distribution centers, but you will only incur one single shipping charge.

**Please Note: Special Orders are orders placed in a large quantity and may not qualify for free shipping. Orders placed for bulk amounts may incur shipping charges due to the weight of the items. Please feel free to contact us by email or phone to get a shipping quote on a large order.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Enzo & Lola uses the three major shippers; UPS, USPS and FedEx, depending upon the distribution center that the products are shipped from. Upon checkout, you may choose Ground or 2nd Day Air. Should you need a specific carrier, or quicker delivery, please feel free to contact us.

Also, UPS may require a signature even if we request otherwise. For instance, if you live in an apartment without a doorman or an area that he deems unreliable. If this will be an issue, be sure to deliver to an address, such as your place of employment, where someone will be available to sign.

Please include a physical address when you place your order in case your shipment goes UPS or FedEx.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most of our products are in stock at our premises or various distribution facilities. Therefore, they usually ship within 1-3 business days. Personalized orders generally take 3-5 business days unless indicated differently. If the item is out-of-stock or backordered, we will do our very best to notify you (always give us your email address!) Upon your request, we may fulfill your partial shipment, while awaiting backordered items, however, additional shipping charges may apply. Please call customer service at 800.523.9967 for any questions. We will be happy to work with you.

If you are pressed for time, please email us and we can determine if you need to have rush shipping.

Reminder: Weekends and Holidays do NOT count as business days!

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY ADDRESSES? We love our military and have been able to honor all shipments to the bases courtesy of the USPS.

RETURNS AND SHIPPING

When an order receives the free shipping promotion, the items returned are subject to the original shipping charge; therefore the refund will reflect the item price less the shipping fees. Customers must still pay for any return shipping when applicable.

Orders that receive free shipping may be charged for shipping if the customer returns any portion (or the entire order) of the purchase which causes total sales amount to fall below the required free ship rate ($200.00).

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS Please verify addresses before placing an order. Shippers reserve the right to charge for address changes or corrections (approx. $10-$12). Should the address indicated on the order be incorrect and requires adjustment by the carrier to deliver the package, we reserve the right to pass along the charge to the customer.

OUT OF STOCK

Should an item be out of stock, resulting in the order not meeting the minimum $200.00 for free shipping, the customer must select another item to meet the purchase requirement or pay the appropriate shipping fees.
