Enzo & Lola's Privacy and Security Policy

Enzo & Lola is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy.  We do not store any of your personal information that we collect to process your transaction with the exception of your contact information to get in touch with you regarding your order, or if you subscribed to the newsletter.  Your financial information, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, etc., is used only to bill you, and is not stored.

Your personal information is collected on a secure server.  You will notice when you check out that the browser bar at the top of the page will read https:  This “s” means secure.  You may also note that there is a lock at the bottom of your browser.  We do all that we can to protect your privacy.  Our site is tested and certified daily by ControlScan to pass the their Security Scan.  Notice in the upper right of our header the “live” Verified Secure ControlScan mark that can only appear when a website meets their standard. 

How We Collect Your Information

When visiting our website, your computer browser is assigned an alphanumeric identifier, called a “cookie” which allows us to store the contents of your shopping cart until you are ready to check out.  This allows us to personalize your return visit, and make it quicker to check out.  To take advantage of this benefit, your browser must be set to allow cookies.

When you make a purchase with us, you must provide us personal information such as your first and last name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, email address, credit card account number and expiration date, and the names of the items that you purchase, so that we may process your order. We are committed to ensure the security of your personal information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypt personal information that you entered during checkout.  Please note that although we zealously safeguard your personal information, we may be unable to prevent (and shall not be held responsible and liable for) unauthorized access to such information by third party.

How We Use Your Information

We never sell your email or contact information with anyone. Period.  We do use personal information for the purposes of order fulfillment and customer service, which include tracking and/or confirming orders, soliciting feedback, and the like. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.  If an order is drop-shipped, the warehouse receives only shipping address information, likewise, so does the shipping company.
