If you find the identical product advertised online at a lower price before your purchase, just show us the price and we will match it!  All you have to do is click on the Lowest Price Guarantee logo on the product item page to email us the following information:

• The URL (link) to the webpage of the competitor’s product.
• The competitor’s price that you wish us to meet.
• The number of items that you would like to place an order for.
• Your zip code, so that we may calculate the shipping cost.

Please note that the item(s) must be the identical product, color, packaging, manufacturer, etc.  It must be in stock.  “Knock-off” or similar items from different manufacturers are not eligible. 

Enzo & Lola’s Low Price Guarantee does not apply to auction websites, wholesale websites, private sales, special orders, typographical errors, and close-outs. Also, clearance sales, liquidations, mail-in rebates or transactions requiring service commitment are not included.  The advertisement must be current, in stock, and shipping & handling costs and taxes are factored in.

We reserve the right to verify that it is the exact same product in brand-new (not re-stocked) condition.  Once this information is confirmed, we will email you a special low price guarantee code to be entered during checkout.
